We ship across the UK and are continuously expanding. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. You can follow your package's journey from our warehouse straight to your doorstep.

Sometimes delays happen due to weather, courier issues, or unexpected demand. We'll keep you updated every step of the way and make sure your order gets to you as fast as possible.

4. Return Policy

If something doesn't fit or you're not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange eligible items — just let us know while initiating your return request.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or it arrived damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll fix it.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns for:
