1. Shipping Policy
We ship across UK and are continuously expanding to reach every pet parent out there. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express delivery (selected cities): 1–3 business days
- Free shipping on all orders above £999
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can follow your furry package’s journey from our warehouse straight to your doorstep.
3. Delayed Shipments
Sometimes, delays happen due to weather, courier issues, or unexpected demand. But don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way and make sure your order gets to you as fast as pawsible.
4. Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be *tail-wagging happy!* If something doesn’t fit or you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized or clearance items.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality check.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Simply email us at info@snifora.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our friendly support team will guide you through the process.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund initiation. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items — just let us know while initiating your return request.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
Uh oh — received the wrong item or it arrived damaged? Snap a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix it faster than your pup can chase a squirrel.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for:
- Pet beds and bowls once used
- Chew toys or grooming tools
- Customized or engraved accessories
